It’s a place where competency meets curiosity.
If you’re someone who has learned how to cope, hold a lot and keep functioning but you notice something has flattened, become distant or muted - then this space was made with clarity for you.
Here, you won’t be asked to fix yourself.
You won’t be talked at or sold a “bigger life.”
You’ll be met with honesty, depth, and presence.
You won’t find clichés, competition, or ego here.
You’ll find space - and men who know what it feels like to carry more than they talk about.

THE RETREAT LOCATION
Where we'll be
Retreats are held in a quiet home in the South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, about two miles from the sea.
Shared and single bedrooms are available, as well as camping plots (bring your own gear or we can provide it). All meals are included. A kit list will be sent before the retreat.
These events are alcohol- and drug-free. It's a space where your nervous system has room to settle and your attention can return to what’s real.
There are no rigid schedules or packed agendas.
Just room to slow down, to notice, and to reconnect.
